Amid the heart-rending stories of mass shootings, wars, the pandemic, etc., we feel grief. Many of us have lost loved ones to the pandemic and are barely hanging on to our next breath. Hope can feel far away. But Jesus, He is our hope. He is our salvation, our God, mighty to save. In our collective grief, we lift our eyes to Jesus, the first and the last, the one who was and is and is to come.
