SUPPORT THE MOVEMENT
Your gift fills
Kansas City.
Every dollar sent here fuels ordinary people — neighbors, teachers, coaches, parents — living out the beauty, justice, and Good News of Jesus right where they are.
40+
Microchurches & Hubs
Active communities of disciple-makers embedded across every corner of the Kansas City metro — from Peculiar, MO to the international refugee communities of KC.
100s
Lives Transformed
From men in recovery at homeless shelters, to autistic adults finding voice, to neighbors meeting Jesus in a backyard — the stories keep multiplying.
1
Mission
Equip and empower ordinary people to flourish in their souls and families — spilling over into mission where they live, work, learn, and play.
This is slow work. Patient work. The kind that takes root quietly — and then one day you look up and the whole neighborhood has changed.
KC Underground is a movement of microchurches and disciple-makers who believe the church belongs in the neighborhood, the park, the soccer field, and the prison.
Your gift resources a person — a missionary leader, a hub planter, a disciple-maker — who is faithfully present in their community day after day, year after year.

A Story of What Your Gift Does
Six years ago, James walked into a Share the Hope microchurch and walked out with a transformed life. From a past of struggle and loss to leading and discipling others in recovery and post-incarceration, James now shares the Good News of Jesus across Kansas City — igniting hope and multiplying Gospel communities citywide.

Good Questions
How your gift is used
Is KC Underground a nonprofit?
Yes. KC Underground Network is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Where does my money go?
Gifts to the General Fund support training, tools, prayer gatherings, and network leadership. Hub and missionary gifts go directly to the people doing the work on the ground.
Can I give monthly?
Absolutely. Recurring monthly gifts are the lifeblood of this movement — they give missionary leaders and hub planters the stability to focus fully on their calling.
What is a microchurch?
A microchurch is a small, reproducible community of disciples who gather around Jesus, support each other, and engage in mission where they live. It's an innovative yet ancient form of church.
Can I support a specific person?
Yes. Many of KCU's missionary leaders raise support and have their own giving page. Find the leader whose work resonates with you and give directly to their support.
How do I stay connected?
