Rob and Michelle moved to the suburbs of Kansas City nine years ago, knowing no one in their neighborhood. Yet, they were confident God had placed them there for a purpose. Their missionary journey in this new context began slowly, marked by extraordinary prayer, fasting, and intentional relationship-building over months and even years.

This challenging but vital groundwork paved the way for the vibrant extended spiritual family they are part of today. It started with one neighbor sharing her story and accepting Christ at their kitchen table. Soon after, a young man sat in their garage, asking if he could truly hear from God. These moments of spiritual connection led to families joining them for meals and conversations. Over time, a group of neighbors began gathering for worship, community, and a shared mission to reach others in their neighborhood.

This extended spiritual family now includes people of all ages, ethnicities, and religious backgrounds. As the group has grown, they’ve started multiplying into new gatherings, continuing to share the Good News and build relationships throughout their neighborhood.
