We exist to call, encourage, inspire, equip, and send ordinary people to live as disciple-making missionaries where they live, work, play, and learn.
Microchurches are extended spiritual families that live in everyday gospel communities, led by ordinary people, not paid professionals, and they own the mission of Jesus in their network.
We want to see the Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. In other words, we want to find every place where we don’t see the Kingdom of God flourishing and bring it. We are creating a network of reproducing disciples, leaders, and microchurches to saturate Kansas City with beauty, justice, and the Good News of Jesus.

Personal Discovery & Ongoing Coaching
The Personal Discovery Team exists to help missionaries understand how their giftings, passions, and story may influence their calling and to whom they have been sent. We believe that every person is created with a unique purpose and desire to see them realize their calling and be empowered as they pursue it. The Ongoing Coaching team exists to engage, encourage, and empower missional people, microchurches, and networks through continuous and consistent coaching. This team of coaches knows the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health of the people involved in and leading microchurches is critical and provides ongoing coaching to support them as they live as missionaries.
Morgan Greer
Start-up Coaching
The Start-up Coaching Team has a strategic plan and vision for helping identify and launch new missionaries. The coaches you interact with possess the ability to dream of new opportunities, inspire and connect you with potential teammates, and strategize with others in how to gain access to and within new missional contexts. As missionaries are sent to new people and places within the city, Start-up coaches are there to journey with them.

Family
The Family Team exists to help create pathways for holistic disciple-making for every age and stage. We believe disciple-making happens best within a family structure, whether that’s a spiritual family or a biological family. Disciple-making isn’t just for adults. Our aim is to equip extended spiritual families in creating environments where people of every age can engage with and learn the rhythms and the ways of Jesus. This is not your typical children’s ministry program. We love children and long to raise up the next generation to know and love Jesus, know and love those around them, and to take Jesus to the people around them.
