Thrive Financial Proposal

Starting our third year in August of 2024, Thrive has gone from a launch team of 3 and 8 total to a community of 40 with an operations team of 10.  We have seen 2nd and 3rd generation disciple-makers emerge with multiple Microchurches set to launch in 2025. In addition, Thrive has sent ahead a planting team that has been meeting since early 2024 to launch a hybrid micro/traditional Church model focused specifically on reaching unbelievers in the 12-step addiction recovery communities called Recovery Church!

We are raising 24,000 for our Hub, directed towards ongoing training and development and to offset traveling costs for our team to get further equipped. This includes inviting developing leaders who are new to disciple-making, multiplication, and stepping into their masterpiece mission. Finally, as part of supporting our outreach efforts, additional funds will be catalytic to help with meals for events for unbelievers, including seed microgrants to growing disciples who desire to launch Kingdom projects/initiatives within our Church community to further advance the Gospel in tangible ways based on God's call on their lives.
