New Community 2024 Initiatives

New Community Financial Proposal

Founded in 2016 by Stephanie and Darryl Answer, New Community has launched a variety of initiatives focused on discipleship and holistic community development.

Their 2022 creation of Eastside University has already trained over 50 youth in purpose discovery, spiritual growth, and community organizing, with 10 local leaders helping to create safe spaces. To sustain this impact, New Community seeks $20,000 for stipends and training opportunities for youth, leaders, and neighbors who contribute to these efforts.

New Community has been blessed to make an impact in our low-income communities, board rooms of foundations, and among policymakers in City Hall. As a result of this God-given influence, we seek $20,000 for leadership development and support to continue to equip disciple-makers across the metro who are ambassadors of the Kingdom among the politically powerful and the systematically marginalized.
